Most people in the summer forget about the eyeliner or go really light on it – the winter is the time for you to draw some beautiful lines on your eyes.
Your eyes are going to be the thing that stand out in your makeup and you should definitely take advantage of that. Ensuring that your eyeliner is thick and beautiful is something that most people do not know how to do. Well – that is what I am going to teach you!
First – start with liquid eyeliner and practice … for that is what is going to make it perfect. After you have practiced on some paper, next go ahead and start on the upper lid and follow the natural curve. You will see that it looks awesome as soon as you pull back. Go over it once more and you are done!
